Description

This former small two-apartment building was completely redone and transformed into a large family home in 2005, the roof and facades were renovated in 2015. The possibility of becoming a small two-apartment rental building again is very easily feasible. Construction

The massive building was built in 1865. The interior was completely redone in 2005 following a fire. In 2015 the roof and facade were also redone.

Ground floor

We find a large entrance hall giving access to the main staircase of the building, two rooms that can be used as a workshop, a storage room or even an office. We also find the technical room with pellet heating, a laundry room and a cellar.

1st floor

We find a beautiful and large bright room serving as a living room with an internal staircase to access the 2nd floor, a large habitable kitchen giving access to the first terrace, a bathroom and three bedrooms.

2nd floor
